We are looking for Regional Supply Planner for Cough&Cold & Pain portfolio within Selfcare. It's an opportunity to expand your skills and experience while making a meaningful impact and ensuring product availability for our customers.
The main duties and responsibilities of the position:
- Understanding factory capacity, capabilities & processes
- Running forecast simulations on forecasted demand evaluating inventory projection and coverage
- Creating a time phased inventory plan by item creating an optimal inventory level
- Releasing supply plan into firmed and planned orders
- Identifying and prioritizing productions or deliveries, liaising with relevant parties to resolve any shortfall
- Arbitrating and decision making for supply conflicts or short falls to balance production capacity
- Supporting New Product Introductions and coordinating changes (PIPO, re-sitting etc.)
- Providing supply analysis, performance and KPI reports
- Maintaining Supply Master Data in SAP and OMP
- OTIF-D Product Availability
- Inventory Level incl. DOS - SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete)
- Order Change Request
- Supply Performance measurement and drive corrective actions
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- College / university Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Pharmaceutical sciences.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills (incl. external partners)
- Business fluency in English
- Experience with SAP & OMP
