The RGM Analyst supports the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management and Perfect Store strategies through analytics and actionable insights to optimise the GTM plan across the portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Retail Excellence, you will support the Retail Excellence team and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive profitable growth for our market-leading brands across ANZ.

What You Will Do

1. Revenue Growth & Profitability (Supporting RGM Manager)

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into RGM levers—Pricing, Promotions, Portfolio, and Trade Terms—to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Own trade investment reporting, providing the Sales team with the insights needed to manage and optimise investment.

·         Support the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance decision-making (e.g., price elasticity modelling, promo ROI analysis).

2. Category-Channel Strategy (Supporting Perfect Store Manager)

  • Support the Perfect Store Manager to deliver data-driven Perfect Store guidelines tailored to specific ANZ retail environments including development of “Must Stock Lists”.

  • Use data to identify performance gaps vs. Perfect Store KPIs and work with Account teams to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Analyse sales potential and execution ability to grade stores across retail environments and categories to ensure optimal resourcing and investment at store level.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building

  • Act as the analytical link between Sales, Category, Finance, and Brand teams, ensuring RGM and Perfect Store initiatives are aligned.

  • Support the delivery of workshops and training sessions to embed an RGM and Perfect Store mindset across The Organization.

  • Support enhancements to data dashboards and retailer analytics tools in partnership with IT and Regional teams to drive faster decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Category Management, Account Management or Finance. 
  • Proven track record of problem solving and analytics

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Ability to navigate through and work with large, complex data sets.
  • Understanding of pricing models, promotional strategies, and market dynamics with a strong commercial mindset.
