Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team through effective sales planning, budget management, performance analysis, and process improvement. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales targets and allocation strategies.
Monitor and track sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
CIW Management:
Manage the CIW budget, ensuring effective tracking of expenditures and adherence to financial guidelines.
Analyze actual performance against budgeted figures, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare detailed reports on budget performance for review by management.
Sales Result Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales results, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate sales performance metrics to stakeholders.
Work with the sales team to implement strategies for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Other Sales Operations Tasks:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless operations and alignment on sales initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance sales operations processes.
