Analyzes and balances general ledger Accounts Receivable refund, company specific write-offs, bad debt/write-ins, and settlement clearing accounts. Completes month end reconciliation with financial accounting on large or complex accounts. Analyzes month end and quarterly reports such as, intercompany, company specific write-offs, bad debt and reconciles as needed. Ensures accuracy of monthly audits of general ledger accounts and reviews exceptions to policy to ensure compliance and appropriate corrective action taken. Performs research and analysis on new credit applicants and on existing company portfolios. Monitors portfolio performance/trends of largest accounts and compares to industry benchmarks to ensure that accounts receivable goals are attained.
