你會做什麼

1. Research & Category Insight Development

· Analyze KPIs, sales, financial performance, and consumer/market trends.

· Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and size of prize.

· Assess the category landscape to define penetration drivers and strategic implications.

2. Brand Strategy & Business Planning

· Build end-to-end brand growth strategies with cross-functional alignment.

· Develop long-term brand evolution and innovation roadmaps.

· Translate insights into data-driven business plans aligned to category dynamics.

· Collaborate with Sales, PA, and Data Science to ensure integrated, field-relevant plans.

3. Communication & IMC Execution

· Develop campaign briefs, ecosystem plans, and consumer communication strategies.

· Design media and touchpoint plans grounded in consumer and media behavior insights.

· Ensure flawless execution of IMC campaigns with agility and operational excellence.

· Measure effectiveness and ROI to optimize future investment.

4. HCP, KOL & Government Affairs Collaboration

· Lead HCP engagement strategy to enhance professional credibility and support penetration growth.

· Partner with Government Affairs on policy-related and external stakeholder initiatives.

· Develop KOL engagement strategies and execute academic society programs to build advocacy.

· Establish customer engagement programs across medical and regulatory environments.

5. Commercial & Operational Excellence

· Lead retail execution planning with retail marketing and commercial teams.

· Drive accurate sales forecasting and planning; manage brand budget allocation and tracking.

· Monitor brand health metrics and performance indicators to inform decisions.

6. People Leadership

· Coach, develop, and mentor Brand Managers; build team capabilities and elevate performance.

· Provide clear direction and continuous feedback to drive accountability and growth.

What we are looking for

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in brand management or commercial roles.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business or related fields.

· Experience in pharmaceutical or brand marketing preferred; pharma industry and well-known mega brand communication experience advantageous.

· Experience with HCP communication and medical reference utilization preferred.

· Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken).

· Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.

· Consumer-centric mindset with agility and ownership.

· Proven cross-functional communication and project management capability.
