Senior Financial Analyst – Global OneStream Process Owner
This position reports to OneStream Global Process Lead, and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

What You Will Do
As part of our continuous evolution and digital transformation, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of global financial processes and systems. This position will play a critical role in enabling efficiency, standardization, and value creation through automation and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid background in FP&A, process optimization, and change management, with the ability to collaborate and influence in a global, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Implementation Support:
- Support the deployment of new FP&A tools (e.g., OneStream), including testing, data mapping, validation, and deployment activities.
- Assist in planning and executing the training timeline for system users and identifying key stakeholders.
- Provide support during the hypercare phase and contribute to the definition of the long-term support model.
- Process Assessment & Improvement:
- Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and elimination of non-value-added activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global financial reporting standards.
- Data Management & Documentation:
- Review and validate financial data elements and ensure consistency across systems.
- Manage large datasets to support reporting and analysis needs, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between finance, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and project execution.
- Leadership in Closing and Planning Cycles: Drive coordination efforts for global planning and closing activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and alignment across regions.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance FP&A capabilities and create value for the organization.
What we are looking for
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in FP&A, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, data standards, and data mapping processes.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong analytical mindset.
- Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and influence others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with financial systems such as OneStream, SAP, or similar platforms is a plus.
