Job Overview: 
As a Senior Global Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining quality records, coordinating change control documentation, proposing corrective action plans, and supporting technology transfer and process improvement initiatives. Your collaboration with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams will be essential in driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners: Support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of quality system processes such as Document Management, Training, Investigations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

  • Drive Strategic Programs: Assist Global Process Owners in executing strategic initiatives related to the Quality Management System.

  • Audit and Inspection Support: Aid Global Process Owners in preparing for and following up on quality audits and inspections.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation and review of quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure that Kenvue's quality systems remain compliant and effective.

  • Cross-Functional Participation: Engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall product quality and improve customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
  • University degree in Science or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Extensive experience with quality management procedures and regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (e.g., Trackwise, Veeva QualityOne, EtQ, ComplianceWire).
     

Desired Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, standards, and regulations within the industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data analysis and trend identification.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
