Kenvue is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategy & Innovation.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – Strategy & Innovation, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic narrative of the Kenvue Data & Analytics (D&A) organization. You will own and shape our D&A strategic roadmap and outcomes narrative, partner with product leads to define the product roadmaps, converge the roadmaps into a holistic narrative, support the formation of 3-year operating plan. Also support orchestration of moonshot innovation adoption in the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Align data initiatives with overarching business strategy and objectives to drive growth and innovation.
- Develop and present compelling narratives and reports that communicate complex insights and findings to senior leadership.
- Partner with business and D&A pillars to devise a strategy, roadmap and long-term milestones and plans.
- Drive orchestration of moonshot innovation in the space of Data and analytics.
- Drive strategic communication and content creation as relevant to managing narrative with stakeholders.
- Manage strategic programs at a D&A level – such as an organization change, key leadership assignment etc
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a data-literate culture throughout the organization.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of D&A strategy experience.
- Preferably MBA graduates.
- Experience in building a unified data and analytics narrative for the enterprise.
- Experience in new aged technologies like AI, to be able to translate that to Kenvue`s business.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Preferred Domain Experience in CPG, pharma, FMCG, or consumer healthcare.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
