你會做什麼

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of business building plans on Self Care set of brands, evaluating market conditions, exploring new ways to promote products, and shape & execute NPDs

Key Responsibilities

Delivering brand and business outcomes:

  • Develop end-to-end understanding of HCP and patient journey, utilize data-driven insights from market research for strategic decision making
  • Design and execute Integrated Brand Plan (including short term initiatives and long-term plans), aligning to company objective.
  • Drive data-based decision making by applying analytics to business metrics, forecasting and overall portfolio management.
  • Conduct in-depth sales and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Integrated Communication with HCPs and / or Patients

  • Conceptualizing and execution of integrated brand campaigns with compelling content that brings alive the science and superiority behind our products.

Delivering Product & Commercial Innovation:

  • Shape & Deliver commercial innovation on existing business & launch product innovation to fuel growth

Managing Brand Marketing Expenses:

  • Efficiently and effectively allocating brand marketing expenses across initiatives to drive brand objectives
  • Provide regular updates on financial performance of products and monitor promotional expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

Internal & External Partnerships:

  • Regional Franchise Teams: The candidate would be interacting with Regional Franchise Teams to shape the innovation strategy and execution.
  • Collaboration with some key functional teams :
    • Professional Sales & Customer Development Teams to design and activate professional strategy, adherence of strategy in execution, distribution and in-store strategy to deliver brand & business objectives
    • Medical Team to shape evidence and claims to drive the portfolio
    • Technical Team to understand evolving regulations and drive mitigation plans
    • External Partnerships to work with local Agencies to develop & deliver content

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Post Graduate studies in Business Management from Tier 1 Business School
  • Experience with Professional / Expert Model mandatory
  • 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably consumer health brands
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and execution abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and exhibit strong leadership skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven track record of creativity in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles
  • Exceptional project management skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MSOffice applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
