The SR PROJECT ENGINEER is responsible for providing complex technical support throughout project planning, development, and implementation, applying advanced engineering techniques and independent judgment to solve challenging problems. You will contribute to engineering standards, conduct research on new technologies, and manage multifaceted assignments to ensure successful project outcomes:

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the planning, development, and execution of complex cross-functional engineering projects by integrating innovative solutions that enhance system performance, efficiency, and align with organizational objectives and customer requirements.

·       Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced engineering methodologies and standards to solve complex technical challenges while ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and balancing corporate and client needs.

·       Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, external contractors, and consultants to design, prototype, optimize, and deliver project deliverables on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining strict quality standards.

·       Mentor and provide expert technical guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, creative problem-solving, talent development, and professional growth.

·       Utilize advanced project and risk management tools to anticipate, identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, streamline workflows, and ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones.

·       Analyze emerging industry trends and technologies through in-depth research to evaluate potential applications and integration, maintaining competitive project advantages and supporting strategic engineering plans and long-term organizational success.

·       Foster effective collaboration across engineering, technology, and other departments to enhance innovation and operational efficiency.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant training requirements and adapt to evolving job demands to maintain high performance standards.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering

·       Solid experience in engineering roles involving complex project planning, development, and implementation.

·       Demonstrated proficiency in senior-level project management, including project definition, prioritization, resource allocation, and conflict resolution.

·       Strong expertise in risk management with proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation strategies.

·       Effective communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts, strategies, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

·       Proficiency in utilizing MS Office suite, database management tools, and web-based applications to support project and engineering activities.

·       Ability to manage multiple competing priorities efficiently while maintaining focus on project goals and team performance.

·       Advanced English skills.

·       Experience in bottle/ tubes filling and labelling technology is a differential.

·       Exceptional analytical skills combined with a creative mindset to develop novel solutions under tight deadlines.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.

·       Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and integrate them seamlessly into existing project frameworks.

·       Advanced problem-solving abilities with experience in applying engineering standards and adapting methodologies to complex scenarios.

·       Experience in developing and executing continuous improvement initiatives based on performance metrics and operational feedback.
