你會做什麼

The Talent Onboarding Analyst is responsible for assisting in performing analysis of the HRIS system, collecting data for reports, monitoring data integrity, and providing results to the HR team:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative onboarding strategies for new talent

  • Create engaging training materials and resources for new hires

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process

  • Analyze onboarding data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees throughout their onboarding journey

  • Collaborate with HR teams to analyze and improve HRIS system functionality and data integrity

  • Assist in designing and implementing new features and enhancements to HRIS applications

  • Conduct regular data analysis and provide insights to HR team for decision-making

  • Train department and organizational staff on HRIS system access and utilization

  • Monitor and maintain HRIS applications, recommending and implementing improvements as needed

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 0-2 years of related experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR

  • 0-2 years of experience in HRIS system analysis and administration

  • Proven working experience in software development

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with new hires

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously

  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
