The Talent Onboarding Analyst is responsible for assisting in performing analysis of the HRIS system, collecting data for reports, monitoring data integrity, and providing results to the HR team:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative onboarding strategies for new talent
Create engaging training materials and resources for new hires
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Analyze onboarding data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees throughout their onboarding journey
Collaborate with HR teams to analyze and improve HRIS system functionality and data integrity
Assist in designing and implementing new features and enhancements to HRIS applications
Conduct regular data analysis and provide insights to HR team for decision-making
Train department and organizational staff on HRIS system access and utilization
Monitor and maintain HRIS applications, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of related experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR
0-2 years of experience in HRIS system analysis and administration
Proven working experience in software development
Desired Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with new hires
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
Experience with HRIS systems and data management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
