This position reports onto Head of eCommerce CE Sales eCom and is based at NEUSS.

What you will do
This role drives commercial performance, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment within its defined scope.
Key Responsibilities
Translates brand & channel objectives into visibility activation plans: owning onsite activation strategies for online pharmacies & the Amazon marketplace, with a clear ROI and Share‑of‑Search focus.
Plans and executes customer‑specific eCommerce onsite media plans: working directly with Tier‑1 ePharm partners (e.g. DocMorris, Redcare, ShopApotheke), agencies, and media teams to deliver visibility, conversion, and sell‑out growth.
Drives day‑to‑day digital shelf excellence: optimizing core KPIs such as listing & availability, visibility, content implementation across channel and price comparison platforms.
Drives efficiency by aligning customer onsite activation with promo plans, offsite campaigns and other retail media formats and total brand strategy.
Optimizes investments: through continuous performance analysis, evaluating campaign and activation results, deriving best practices, and reallocating budgets (e.g. CIW to BME, search, or new formats) to maximize efficiency and impact.
Leads Test‑&‑Learn innovation with customers: piloting new booking formats, entry points (e.g. Idealo, search innovations), and promotional mechanics, especially for Spike Brands like Nicorette and Regaine to always be a step ahead
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5–8 years of experience in similar commercial or digital roles
Strong analytical and execution capabilities
