What you will do

【工作职责】:

一、区域广阔市场(药店、诊所、民营医院等)开发:

· 重点连锁终端协议签订/销售跟进;

· 店员教育信息传递及成果跟进;

· 协助支持商业客户开展基层市场开发的日常管理跟进,并持续优化;

· 通过学术平台,协同商业客户完成医生教育信息传递;

· NDC终端准入,POA资源的通达和落地。

二、区域重点客户管理及驱动:

· 区域渠道规划、计划制定及实施;

· 商业订单及销售管理;

· 客户协议、合同管理;

· 数据直连、分析、审核及管理;

· 价值链管理;

· 货损、退换货、近效期管理;

· 合规、审计、DD调研;

· 资信、回款及返利管理;

· 准入支持。

【招聘要求】: 

· 统招本科及以上学历,医药、销售相关背景优先;

· 两年以上相关医药或销售工作经验,有商务或基层终端管理经验为佳;

· 良好的沟通说服能力、数据分析能力、判断及解决问题能力。

· 工作主动性强,有担当,有良好的亲和力。
