What You Will Do

As an Account Support Manager for the Ahold account, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end to end customer collaboration and ensuring best in class execution across all commercial processes. Your responsibilities include:

Supporting the Key Account Manager in managing the full Ahold account, contributing to the execution of the annual Joint Business Plan and delivering on both customer and Kenvue targets.

Being involved in the complete account management process, including:

  • Coordinating administrative tasks including meeting preparation, calendar management, documentation, and CRM maintenance.

  • Managing and updating all relevant account information within internal systems eg SAP pricing.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer plans, tools, and dashboards.

  • Preparing assortment recommendations

  • Coordinating new product introductions

  • Ensuring flawless execution of all commercial activities

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to seamlessly fulfil Ahold’s needs and requests.

  • Communicating proactively with Ahold to provide timely and professional updates.

  • Preparing reports, analyses, and presentations to support the commercial strategy and customer meetings.

  • Identifying opportunities for optimization, upsell or cross-sell, and ensuring these are captured and shared with the Account Manager.

  • Creating and aligning activation plans in collaboration with the account manager

Co-packing Ownership

Next to the Ahold related responsibilities you will be take the full responsibility for the co-packing process within the Mass Sales team, including planning, coordination, follow up with suppliers, timelines, alignment with supply chain, and ensuring flawless execution of promotional- and display related activities.

What we are looking for

  • Master degree or equivalent in business experience (economics, business)

  • Preferably first experience in FMCG Industry (Customer Development, Trade Marketing etc.)

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required

  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

  • Demonstrate communication and influence skills

  • Show a high level of motivation for the role and clear willingness to further develop yourself

  • Establish a culture of accountability by improving on current performance and taking over own areas of responsibility

  • Discover and translate insights into actions that challenge the status quo and that reinforce our competitive advantage

  • Develop excellent relationships with key account and internal partners as well as global senior leadership

  • Build an environment supportive of diverse and inclusive thinking and perspectives
