This position reports into the Senior Brand Manager _ Essential Health and is based in Jeddah, KSA.

Role reports to: Senior Brand Manager _ Essential Health

Location: Jeddah, KSA

Travel %: 20%

What you will do

Manages a brand/s or segment of significant brand with some support from line manager. Drives market/consumer research and competitive intelligence gathering initiatives and uses insights to develop short to mid-term plans for key brands. With some support from line manager, plans, co-ordinates and drives business planning, brand management, brand planning, market research, new product development and roll out and business performance tracking.  Drives the development and execution of brand plans against key objectives with a view to delivering against the financial and market share commitments. Leads within scope of role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather market and consumer insights required for key brands, with support from the line manager.
  • Apply market and competitor information to prepare short- to mid-term brand objectives.
  • Develop and deliver brand strategy that aligns with the overarching business/category strategy, ensuring the brand’s vision and strategic imperatives are met.
  • Create consumer-relevant brand marketing mixes (value proposition, product and packaging, communication, and promotion) that drive growth and deliver value.
  • Develop local annual brand marketing plans to achieve Share, NTS, GP, and brand contribution requirements, and ensure effective implementation of these plans.
  • Execute brand NPD projects on time and in full, ensuring Share, NTS, and GP aspirations are met.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal partners (Customer, Supply Chain, Shopper GCC team, Prof Marketing, Regulatory) and external agencies.
  • Hold accountability for financial (P&L) and market performance of the assigned brand/segment.
  • Contribute to media strategies and brand initiatives, supporting briefings and plans while leading local activations in alignment with activation calendars.
  • Support brand equity initiatives and lead local PR campaigns, including the development and production of PR kits, status updates, and influencer events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assess innovation relevance for New Product Introductions (NPI) and manage the deployment and activation process with the commercial team, ensuring pricing and forecast alignment.
  • Develop local execution toolkits and lead the creation of localized ATL communication assets.
  • Conduct market share monthly analyses, providing commentary to track market performance and competitor positioning.
  • Contribute to the development of the business plan strategy and present plans to distributors and stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of KSA business performance reviews, ensuring alignment with the GCC team.
  • Gather and actively share consumer and competitor insights to inform strategy and execution
  • Strong cross functional collaboration and a team player
  • Work collaboratively with the regional senior shopper manager to deploy in store brand strategy on shelf & off shelf with below priorities:
  • Responsible for promo planification, execution and tracking.
  • Responsible for perfect store guidelines (Brand portfolio, Planogram, MSL, Assortment).
  • Leading TDP/WD planification and tracking.
  • Accountable for CP budget spending & tracking.
  • Support supply team on SKU’s forecasting.
  • Be the lead for any reward/shopper activation.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in similar or a related role within the consumer goods or health industry.
  • Must be a Saudi National
