HybrideWat je gaat doen
1. Effective contribution to implementation of Brand Activation Plans
· Implementation of execution of the Commercial Plan, with particular focus on the 4 P's analysis (Product, Place, Price and Promotion).
· Implementation of the EXECUTION of the annual plans into the Point of Sales, increasing the brand visibility through Perfect store and Category Management projects. Ensure to match the sales cycles needs and the peak of seasonality.
· Check campaign performance through consistent critical metrics measurement: Pre-analysis of campaign profitability and costs, followed by post-analysis of sales results, market shares, final costs, and conclusions
· Handle and maintenance the budget assigned, maximizing the efficiency of the actions implemented to optimize the Return on the Investment. Follow the requirements related to Cosmetics and Self care collaborating with Regulatory, Medical Affair, Health Care Compliance and Legal Departments.
· Analyze the profitability and efficiency of the category/brand actions executed, continuous looking for takeaways to maximize the business and the P&L sustainability
- Follow and Improve brand presence at the shelf (planogram), on the secondary placements
- Execute with excellence in store activations, briefing and bidding multiple agencies for setup creation/innovative posms and find the best solution in terms of quality and price
- Find and look up after new initiatives for all the brands assigned
2. Be a counterpart to the local channel teams and major customers.
· Provide the channel teams with all the product and marketing information and material needed. Align on customer targets and give input on tracking measures, in line with the Activation Plan. Ensure relevant product & shopper training for sales team with support of regulatory team.
- Develop monthly initiatives and prepare a calendar of activations for all assigned brands
- Align the promotional plan with Customers development department
- Sets direction for brand visibility and placements in store
- On going communication/relationship with sales/distributor
- Lead brand presentation ( new product, on going plans) to commercial team & retailers
3. Monitor the Market / Insights
· Be knowledgeable on syndicated data use and interpretation, having the responsibility for in-depth Market Share Tracking on Channel and customer and discuss relevant actions with the sales and Hub Brand Teams respectively.
· Provide to Hub Marketing with analysis with competitive information & highlight local challenges and relevant category insights based on behaviors of shopper trends.
4. Support on the local BTL budget (BME) & understanding of brand P&L.
5. Contribute to effective country representation at Hub Brand Alignment Meetings (international forums, monthly meeting with centralized Southern Europe cluster colleagues and multi-functional commercial teams), highlighting local business needs to increase the sellout and product rotations (ensuring to be delivered on time) and promoting local achievements and results.
6. Input on local issues and requirements to brand strategy & brand plans expected.
Conduct two monthly market visits to assess brand presence in the mass and pharmaceutical markets, reporting any novelties, status updates, and relevant pictures for sharing within the team
