Wat je gaat doen

The Brand Activation Manger will be working within the Brand Activation Team in Portugal and reporting to the Portugal Brand Activation Lead, will contribute to the growth of our iconic brands, such as Piz Buin, Ogx among others. through the knowledge of our consumer/shopper/patient and market dynamics, participating actively on the development of key strategies and initiatives and definition of go to market that generate consumer & Shopper involvement and continues to build our love brands and lead to categories development.

1. Customer and Consumer understanding – Getting insights (external & internal) according to existing analytical tools and methodologies and transform it into actions that will generate the expected amazing growth for our brands with our customers.

2. Business Plan development/alignment and Implementation – Ensure the brand / country needs, being part of the strategy construction and key initiatives and priorities definition among the Marketing and other cluster teams. Deliver Local Brand Activation Plans that will show up the right implementation of the strategy: innovation management, drive consumers behavior, category development partnering with our customers, POS activation with perfect execution and customer engagement. Contributes to design of and executes brand plans, project and programs that deliver against ambitious short-term and long-term objectives.

 

3. Connect with cluster and regional teams - Be part of the Cluster and Local Squad’s (high performing teams) leveraging the PT initiatives, proposing new ideas, sharing local insights, taking the regional and cluster benchmarks for the local market and keeping SOV of PT.

4. Working closely with AGILE cross department teams that exist in the following processes:

  • Direct to Consumer Activities

  • New Product Launch

  • Point Of Sales Activities

  • Forecast

  • Other processes and activities that require multi-function task forces

5. Pricing strategy and Monitoring

 

6. Brand reviews and Sales meetings – Presenting on results and activities, priorities, engage with sales team to develop the strong plans for the brands.

7.Finance responsibilities – P&L management and budget control, cost efficiency analysis, invoicing control. Monitors promotional activity marketing expenses and resources to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.

8.Health & Safety – Guarantee the full compliance with all health and safety internal guidelines, policies, and procedures.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • College / university Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Pharmaceutical sciences.
  • +3 years of experience in Marketing / shopper marketing/ trade marketing in consumer healthcare or consumer goods industry
  • Experience in OTC’s | Dermocosmetics business would be highly advantageous.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English – Verbal and Written Communication

Valued Qualifications

  • Marketing College Master
  • Digital and Social media experience in developing and activating content & communication.
  • Knowledge of Multinational Company environment
