What You Will Do 

Digital shelf strategy manager will lead digital shelf transformation in RAMET supporting eCom leads to achieve physical and mental availability, DS Strategy manager will identify key opportunities at market , customer and brand level and set up plans to achieve OKRs in DS KPIs, availability, content, search & Rating & Reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Shelf

• Lead DS platform NIQ, Digital Shelf score card, measure 6PA & report performance periodically
• Analyze the performance of RAMET digital shelf and set-up metrics focused on availability, Placement search, R/R driving rigorous prioritization for execution.
• Coach & guide eCom leads to update NIQ Master data availability, Content, search, R/R   .
• Plan key strategic initiatives to achieve substantial uplifts in digital shelf score
• Perform and report monthly score card analysis, connect eCom leads to fix and update
• Monitor, track, report content accuracy scoring across all eCommerce platforms.
• Monitor digital shelf availability, report OOS and push.
• Constantly monitor site Search and navigation on the site, making sure that Kenvue brands are winning on search, make suggestions and implement these to maximize conversion.
• Develop digital shelf team capabilities across RAMET markets through learnings & trainings.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• +3 Years FMCG eCommerce or digital experience in multinational company
• Strong experience of eCommerce media is a must with a proven track record of media insights creation
• Solid leadership & strategic thinking

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, digital marketing, or any related degree. MBA from a reputable school would be preferred.
• Strong digital, analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Ability to work within a diverse (culturally, functionally & geographically) environment.
• Communication Skills – Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
• Collaborative team player, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
