This position reports into the Global PLAN Capabilities Development Director and is based at Prague, Czech Republic.

Role reports to: Global PLAN Capabilities Development Director

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Travel %: up to 20% travel domestically and internationally

What you will do

This role develops and matures planning processes to drive improvements in business outcomes and efficiency. Successful deployment across the global organization inclusive of organizational change and technology deployment is part of the role. As an E2E role it reaches across the areas of IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management including the People Proficiencies and Technology associated with those. The incumbent is actively staying up to date on functional, technical and business developments in relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Drives strategy, provides 'Thought leadership' across the business.

• Brings innovative improvements integrating processes targeting process efficiencies and business outcomes.

• Develops and maintains strong business relationships with senior level business leaders across functions. Provides regular updates and ensures engagement. As such partners with other functions in Kenvue as well as across Regions and Enterprise teams.

• Finds opportunities for innovation, maturity improvements, project proposals and implementation plans.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / MBA is helpful

• Generally 8+ years of Supply Chain area experience with shown knowledge in Planning process or system implementation as well as organizational change.

• Domain Specialist, problem solver oriented to providing solutions, self starter.

• Functional specialist in Inventory management, Demand planning and Supply Planning

• Connects both externally and internally to understand industry trends, technology advances and outstanding processes or solutions. Brings an outside in view.

• Is collaborative and engages (strategic & tactical), engaging. Able to influence without authority, handle complex issues and implement positive change.

• Shown management experience, mentorship & developing individuals, leading teams.

• Results-orientated, creative, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player

Desired Qualifications

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automation and optimization methods.

• Understands IT platforms and infrastructures related to ERP’s, advanced planning, analytics and data science.

• Experience in any of following applications is helpful: SAP ECC, SAP APO, OMP, Azure, Power BI, Anaplan, E2Open.

• Six Sigma, Process Excellence, DMADV, VSM, LEAN or equivalent skills.
