Wat je gaat doen

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Global Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will maintain quality records, coordinate change control documentation, propose corrective action plans, and support technology transfer and process improvement initiatives. If you have a strong background in quality management and a passion for enhancing product quality, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners: Assist in implementing, executing, and continuously improving quality system processes, including Document Management, Training, Investigations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

  • Support Strategic Programs: Work closely with Global Process Owners to drive and execute strategic initiatives related to the Quality Management System.

  • Audit and Inspection Preparation: Aid Global Process Owners in preparing for and following up on quality audits and inspections.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

  • Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation and review of quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.

  • Stay Informed: Keep updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure Kenvue's quality systems remain compliant and effective.

  • Cross-Functional Participation: Engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • University degree in Science or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with quality management procedures and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (e.g., Trackwise, Veeva QualityOne, EtQ, ComplianceWire).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulations within the industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data analysis and trend identification.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
