Role reports to: Manager, Smart Factory & IoT Data
Location: São José dos Campos, Brazil
What you will do
As Lead Analyst, IoT & Digital Twin Data, you will support the design and execution of a data strategy to drive the success of the Digital Twin initiative for Kenvue Operations. You will partner closely with manufacturing sites and contribute to Digital Twin data requirements and design. You will also be responsible for data analysis, assistance with data cleansing, data profiling, data collection, and data harmonization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful execution of the Digital Twin initiative to accelerate Kenvue’s Digital Transformation and business growth
- Execute hands-on data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for Manufacturing data on a global level
- Partner with the global and regional Make, Data Management, and other teams to define and implement data standards
- Recommend manufacturing data asset features and solutions considering priorities and tradeoffs, and help drive alignment among partners
- Ensure high quality data is created right the first time and appropriately managed throughout the entire data lifecycle
- Ensure required documentation and request tracking systems are up to date
- Collaborate with business partners to best support their business data requirements
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering at a minimum.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of relevant business experience.
- A passion for manufacturing, quality, and sustainability
- Proficiency in analyzing data, segmenting, rationalizing, defining, tracing lineage, influencing ownership, as well as ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and ready for usage.
- Proficiency with SQL Warehouse, Databricks, and Python
- Proficiency with Office Suite – advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical requirements
- Ability to communicate in business and technical terms with equal effectiveness
- Knowledge of ERP Systems - SAP or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience required with experience in the Consumer Goods industry preferred
- Experience with Digital Twin capabilities preferred
- Experience working with major cloud providers such as MS Azure, AWS, GCP
- Experience with ETL processes (extraction, transformation, and loading) between different systems
- Knowledge graph experience
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- End-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain business processes (e.g., Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality)
