Wat je gaat doen

The Lead Business Analyst and Visualization Expert is responsible for leading multiple projects, providing advanced analysis and visualization expertise, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions. You will independently troubleshoot complex issues, guide decision-making, and mentor junior staff while ensuring alignment with technology standards and compliance requirements:

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage multiple business analysis and visualization projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced data visualization frameworks that transform complex business data into actionable insights.

• Lead cross-functional workshops and serve as a key consultant to identify business challenges and translate them into innovative analytical models and visual storytelling solutions.

• Champion the integration and selection of emerging visualization technologies and appropriate analytical tools to enhance decision-making processes across diverse business units.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to craft dynamic dashboards and interactive reports that drive strategic initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.

• Independently troubleshoot complex business and technical challenges, proposing effective and compliant solutions balancing IT standards with business needs.

• Assess the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions, providing strategic recommendations informed by industry trends, benchmarking, and vendor insights.

• Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data interpretation, visualization techniques, business analysis methodologies, and professional development.

• Continuously evaluate and refine analytical approaches to ensure alignment with evolving business goals, industry trends, and technology standards.

• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and documentation requirements, actively participating in compliance activities as needed.

What we are looking for

**Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge in business analysis and data visualization.

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, project management, and data visualization within complex business environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.

**Desired Qualifications**

• Proven expertise in leading visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js, coupled with the ability to innovate beyond standard reporting.

• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, persuasive visual narratives that influence executive decision-making.

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with diverse teams to drive business transformation through data-driven insights.

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects concurrently, managing resources and timelines effectively.

• Advanced proficiency with analytical and visualization tools, with a strong understanding of technology lifecycle management and IT standards.

• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex problems independently and delivering innovative solutions.

• Ability to evaluate technical and economic feasibility of solutions, incorporating industry best practices and vendor relationships.

• Commitment to compliance and documentation standards within the scope of business analysis and project execution.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and fostering a culture of analytical excellence.
