The Process Excellence Lead combines the fundamentals of continuous improvement and innovation thinking in reshaping our People processes - driving efficiency, productivity whilst creating a seamless & simple experience. You will be responsible designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation initiatives. In partnership with HR Technology’s IA/AI & People Solutions pillar, build automation solutions and deploy at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement projects: Identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with various departments to drive improvements.
- Continuous innovation: Analyze, design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools and/or partner with AI team & Tech partners to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks across People Solutions.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of process issues and inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to address these issues effectively.
- Discovery, Analysis & Documentation: Leverage data gathering techniques and documentation platform to ensure retention and governance of automation initiatives. Ensure in-depth understanding of interdependencies and intricacies of the process, breaking silo and ensuring it delivers value in a holistic approach
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize current processes and pinpoint areas for optimization.
- Deploying at scale: Design sustainable and scalable process improvements. Ensure process simplicity & effective workflow, ease of maintenance and quick iterations.
- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and monitor progress in process improvement initiatives.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that automation solutions are developed and maintained in compliance with security and data protection guidelines. Take appropriate measures to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge and capability building: Provide training and support to our People Solutions team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and usage of automation solutions. Support internal capability building by championing and training other members who have interest in automations. Share knowledge and insights with the team to promote innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
- Outside in-focus: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in RPA, AI/IA technology and process automation. Challenge status qou, bring your ideas to life whilst ensuring sponsorship from leadership team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, changes, and associated procedures.
- Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption by employees.
- Training and Education: Provide training and support to the operations team involved in the newly optimized processes, ensuring understanding and adherence to updated procedures.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in cross-functional teams focused on process improvement projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business or relevant field
- Proven track record and solid experience with a minimum of 5yrs in continuous improvement
- Lean Six Sigma working knowledge
- 5+ years’ experience in operations ideally in Business Solutions, HRSS, Customer Solutions, CX Strategy and Operational Excellence
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in process automation
- Technical Skills: VBA, Macros, Power Apps, UIPath or other automation/IA tools and platforms is highly desirable
- Experience in project management and advance problem-solving tools & techniques
- Creative and demonstrates excellent ability to create & present narratives.
- Excellent stakeholder, communication and partnering skills with a proven track record of influencing and motivating all levels to achieve executional excellence.
- Proven track record in transformational solutions to optimize performance and generate cost savings and improvements whilst delivering employee and operational benefits.
- Exceptional drive to bring people together in a common goal & achieve desired outcome.
- Excellent attention to detail, outstanding teaming and partnership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage daily planned and unplanned activities
Desired Qualifications
- Systems & Tools experience desired: Workday, ServiceNow, Celonis, PowerApps, RPA, report builder
- Bi-lingual (English & other language) is desirable but not required
