Wat je gaat doen

Key Responsibilities:

Laboratory Responsibilities (이화학 시험실 업무)

• To carry out physical and chemical testing as per stipulated timeline & SOP (HPLC, GC, IR, UV, AAS, pH, Viscosity….etc)

• Record all equipment/reagent usage & data generated to designated log-books & test record properly

• To perform daily verification for equipment and record accordingly.

• To support receiving finished goods samples and test plan

• To ensure all equipment are calibrated for routine analysis.

• To ensure that equipment maintenance as per SOP.

• Maintaining good condition of the laboratory, and that the laboratory reflects a high standard of housekeeping.

• To ensure the OOS procedure is strictly followed and compliance.

• To ensure that Good Laboratory Practice is strictly adhered to all the time.

• Follow 5S in lab activities to keep it clean and arranged

• Test record management (print out, filing, labeling)

• To update the receiving reagent, reference standard reagent & Columns with expiry date

• To control MSDS and CoA of reagent

• 스케줄과 SOP에 따른 이화학 시험 진행 및 장비 사용 (HPLC, GC, IR, UV, AAS, pH, Viscosity….등등)

• 시험관련 장비/시약 사용 및 데이터 출력물에 대한 로그북/시험일지에 기록
• 시험 전 장비의 매일점검 진행 및 기록 진행
• 완제품 수령 및 시험계획 지원
• 모든 시험장비의 실험 전 검교정 확인
• 모든 시험장비들 관련 SOP에 따른 장비 관리
• 시험 전후 시험실 정리/정돈 유지
• OOS 발생시 규정에 따른 진행
• Good Laboratory Practice 준수 및 유지
• 시험실 내에서의 5S 준수 및 청결 유지
• 시험 업무 관련 문서 출력 및 라벨, 보관 업무
• 시험에 사용하는 표준시약, 일반시약 및 컬럼에 대한 업데이트 및 유효기간 관리
• 시약들에 대한 MSDS와 성적서 관리

Data Integrity (데이터 무결성 준수)

• Follow ALCOA principal for lab activities

• 모든 시험업무에 대해 ALCOA에 따라 진행

GMP and SHE (Safety Health and Environmental) compliance.(GMP 및 환경/안전 준수)

• Ensure GMP and SHE requirements are adhered at all the time
• To ensure workstation are clean and orderly
• 모든 시험업무에 대해 GMP와 안전관련 사항 유지
• 시험업무장소에 대해 항상 청결과 정리, 정돈 유지

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications:

• Analytical lab experience including HPLC/GC/IR..etc minimum 1-3 years
• Knowledge/experience of GMP, Quality Systems, QA/QC compliance & regulation
• Good communication skills with people

• 최소 1-3년의 분석시험실 경력 (LC, GC, IR 등등 장비사용 포함)

• GMP와 Quality Systems 그리고 국내규정 및 각종 규제등에 대한 이해와 경력

• 동료들과의 원활한 의사 소통 (영어는 필수 조건 아님)
