What you will do

The Sales Specialist is responsible for scheduling and prioritizing sales appointments within your territory, meeting with existing customers, and developing new product sales. You will provide support to secure sales, prepare activity reports, and adjust your sales strategies to achieve goals while sharing market insights to support business planning:

Key Responsibilities

·         Engage proactively with potential clients through innovative digital platforms and schedule sales appointments within defined territories to expand and maintain the customer base.

·         Leverage data-driven insights and competitive intelligence to tailor sales pitches and inform company business and product strategies.

·         Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, including supervisors and cross-functional groups, to co-create compelling campaigns, leverage resources, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

·         Utilize storytelling techniques and provide detailed product information to transform product features into relatable customer benefits and facilitate new product adoption.

·         Develop, implement, and continuously refine strategic sales call routes and personal sales strategies by incorporating feedback, emerging market trends, and performance metrics to maximize coverage, efficiency, and sales goals.

·         Participate in virtual networking events and engage in professional relationship building to support sales growth.

·         Prepare comprehensive sales activity reports highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

·         Adhere to and execute territory coverage plans to ensure appropriate customer contact frequency and support.

·         Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

·         5+ years of related sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role within a sales environment.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Fluent in Cantonese.

·         Familiar with MS OFFICE tools: EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINTS etc.

·         Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients and internal teams.

·         Proactive approach with a solution-oriented attitude and initiative to identify and implement improvements.

·         Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and collaborate within a matrix organizational structure.

 

Desired Qualifications

·         Passion for understanding customer psychology and market dynamics.

·         Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools to enhance client engagement.

·         Demonstrated negotiation skills and capability to close sales effectively.

·         Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret sales data to inform decision-making.

·         Competency in planning, organizing, and executing sales activities within a structured territory plan.

·         Experience or familiarity with sales tools, syndicated data, and sales applications.

·         Patience and professionalism in handling customer service issues, maintaining calmness under pressure.

·         Strong communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive narratives tailored to varied audiences.

·         A proactive mindset with a flair for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.

·         Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while independently managing sales objectives.
