This position reports to COORD FINANCEIRO SR and can be based in is based at São José dos Campos, Brazil.

What you will do 

The Inventory Finance team plays a key role in driving financial accuracy, performance management, and strategic insights related to inventory across Kenvue’s global Supply Chain network. The team ensures that all inventory planning, analysis, and reporting are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards enabling effective decision-making and optimized working capital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development of financial forecasts, perform closing activities and analyses of results specially focused on inventory;
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Business teams to analyze performance drivers and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze and optimize aspects of the supply chain value chain
  • Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Business partnering (i.e. Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams)
  • Share business and financial best practices/procedures across the region
  • Focus on process improvement and standardization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and digital transformation.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)- An MBA or a master's in finance or accounting, may be preferred.
  • Advanced English is mandatory;

  • Good communication skills with different areas & teamwork.
  • Open-minded and creativity to understand current processes and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment while being an individual contributor.
