What you will do 

Job Description

This role is often referred to as the mini-CEO of a digital product. Product Owners clearly define the vision of a product or service, are fully empowered to make decisions that deliver high business value, and are laser focused on KPIs to track progress. The product owners work directly with developers, engineers, experience designers, and other stakeholders in the business on a daily basis. They need to understand technology and user-experience issues in order to make the right trade-offs in deciding on the product or service features to develop.

Roles & Responsibilities

Product owners are not just proxies for the business-unit leader to manage the project. They need to be empowered to make product decisions. Product owners can often be the hardest job on an agile team, and those who do it typically require vision, value focus, decisiveness and product management knowledge to be successful.

Required Skills

• Interpret and analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Write and optimize Advanced SQL queries to manage and process large datasets efficiently.
• Leverage Supply Chain knowledge to design analytics-driven solutions aligned with operational goals.
• Draft detailed Jira user stories, manage product backlog, and ensure smooth agile project tracking.
• Apply critical thinking to assess challenges from multiple perspectives and recommend effective solutions.
• Possess 2–3 years of Product Owner experience, driving product vision, prioritization, and delivery for large-scale projects.

Desired skills

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and interactive reports for clear data visualization.
• Manage and optimize Databricks data workflows and pipelines for efficient data operations.
• Demonstrate managerial skills by leading teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.
