Что ты будешь делать

Key Responsibilities

• Manage current and design new commercial data models, while improving the quality of samples
• Maintain and improve commercial performance analysis and deliver visualizations to unlock insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making
• Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing commercial strategies in customer and brand
• Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects and customer & brand performance analysis to deliver recommendations
• Provide insights into sales force effectiveness and performance factors to management
• Utilize business systems to gather key information on sales data
• Managing business intelligence tools in collaboration with SFE (TPM, DMS, SFA, BI)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, commercial/ data analytics, or strategy analysis
• Sales Management Experience in an FMCG environment will be advantageous
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Proven technical skills in Excel at an expert level and certified
• Experience in Power BI and SQL will be advantageous
• Experience in data analysis and process automation
• Commercial mindset with financial acumen and attention to detail
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects independently
• Ability to story tell and transform numbers into key insights that drives business decisions 
• Curious mindset and desire to grow in the role
