The Content Excellence Lead leads the strategy and execution of all LATAM communications for the skin health portfolio, ensuring best‑in‑class media campaigns and full campaign readiness across the region. This role acts as the on‑the‑ground expert for creative planning and asset production—spanning localization, transcreation, and adaptation of global campaigns, as well as the development of regional and local communications. Although day‑to‑day execution sits within local teams, this role partners closely with the LATAM Regional Marketing team ensuring all campaigns align with regional strategies, messaging frameworks, and brand priorities while remaining culturally relevant and impactful across LATAM.
Scope of Work
Lead end‑to‑end execution of Johnson's Baby media campaigns across LATAM, ensuring on time delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with brand strategies. Manage agencies to define scope, track deliverables, oversee budgets, and ensure flawless execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Kenvue and creative agencies, ensuring clear communication, fast turnaround, and consistent execution across markets.
Oversee creative development to ensure all assets and campaign plans reflect brand objectives, communication guidelines, and strategic priorities.
Amplify integrated campaigns that drive engagement, spark cultural conversations, and build brand equity across LATAM.
Define campaign objectives, brand guidelines, content requirements, and KPIs. Continuously track performance, ROI, and outcomes, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Partner closely with the Media and Social Activation team to strengthen relationships with TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other key platforms, securing access to new formats, tools, and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team (Brazil) to ensure local execution aligns with regional priorities, messaging, and KPIs.
Share market insights, cultural trends, and consumer/media learnings with the Regional Hub to inform strategic decisions.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Solid experience in content, communications, or campaign management.
Strong understanding of digital media platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
Experience managing budgets, agency contracts, and campaign performance with a focus on ROI.
Ability to develop creative solutions, work with agility, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across internal teams and external partners.
Native Portuguese and fluent English required.
Desired Qualifications
Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
Experience in brand communication or integrated marketing roles.
Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Experience managing agencies or cross‑functional squads.
Knowledge of emerging digital trends and social media best practices.
Experience running campaigns for large consumer brands.
Strong negotiation skills and comfort working with creators of all sizes.
Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.
