This position reports to the Sr. Customer Development Group Manager and is based in Mindanao, Philippines.
Area Coverage: West Mindanao (Zamboanga Peninsula to Misamis Occidental)
The Customer Development Executive is responsible for growing Kenvue’s business in an assigned territory by working closely with appointed distributors. This includes ensuring efficient coverage, driving sales targets, executing brand strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners.

What You Will Do
1. Business Strategy Planning & Development
· Map out territory potential and optimize coverage
· Develop business processes to drive productivity
· Lead demand generation activities with customers
2. Strategy Execution
· Ensure strong execution of brand, channel, and customer strategies
· Align local implementation with national brand plans
· Benchmark best practices and train distributor teams
3. Relationship Management
· Maintain strong partnerships with distributors and key customers
· Conduct trade visits and business reviews
· Build long-term strategic alliances with partners
4. Market Intelligence
· Provide timely feedback on competitor activities and market trends
· Recommend actions based on observations and date
5. Sales and Operational Monitoring
· Track progress against sales and distribution targets
· Drive performance in inventory, collections, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
· Monitor and engage with distributor activities daily
6. Budget & Resource Management
· Manage and allocate budgets (TP, BDF, merchandising) efficiently
· Interpret financials and propose strategies for distributor profitability
· Ensure care and compliance with company-provided assets (vehicle, laptop, phone)
7. Distributor Capability Building (for Senior DDM scope)
· Assess and build sales team capabilities through training
· Develop roadmaps for distributor development
· Support leadership pipeline and succession planning
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
· At least 3 years of sales management experience in FMCG
· Strong background in General Trade operations
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (minimum 3 days/week in the field)
· Area and channel management
· Customer and distributor management
· Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen
· Critical thinking, business planning, and execution
· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
· Goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in Regional Key Account (RKA) and distributor management within FMCG industry
