Что ты будешь делать

Type of Role: Serves as an independent contributor I/T professional, working under guidance. Performs assigned tasks of limited duration and complexity. Actively contributes to a small to medium size project or components of a larger project. Works effectively as part of a team. Decision-Making: Engages in basic problem solving and follows established procedures; resolves most problems directly within area of responsibility or by escalating the problem to the correct resource. May choose an approach or procedure for addressing a work task, seeking guidance as needed. Analyzes a chain of events and applies technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications; collects facts and basic rationale to make recommendations. Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance activities as required. Knowledge: Knowledge of operations technologies, processes, procedures, and architectures, including the ability to support a variety of types and makes of hardware and implement nearly all procedures. General understanding of J&J operating company's products and basic business processes. Understanding of the I/T organization and where to escalate operational problems. Supervision Received/Provided: Applies technical knowledge under general guidance, supervision, and well-defined work direction. Executes a well-defined set of procedures independently; work is reviewed on an ongoing basis with an expectation of little rework. Provides coaching as a Subject Matter Expert to peers or less experienced staff.
