Что ты будешь делать

What You Will Do 

We are recruiting for a Field Business Manager, located in HQ – JALANDHAR , COVERING STATES LIKE PUNJAB , HARYANA , J&K AND SOME AREAS OF GURGAON

 

Field Business Manager will be responsible to drive business objective through development of the reporting team member, developing KOL’s and growing Market share.  Nursing Home Developments , conducting NEP’s through Team and driving and executing strategy as per Organization . As a people leader this will help you a journey to lead with purpose.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Territory level detailing Deliverables - Prescriptions, HCP Coverage, NURSING HOME HCP engagement by jointly working with the MSRs
• HCP Coverage : 400 - 500
• Chemist Coverage : 600 - 700
• Territory level business delivery from Johnson Baby Team
• To work closely with CD team to ensure chemist servicing & POBs execution
• Executing HCP Activity Engagement Plan with the help of Activation Managers & Development of NH Business
• Owning up key core doctors relationship in his territory
• Ensuring timely e- reporting is done by MSRs

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliant processes are followed by MSRs while detailing
• Mentoring & Training MSRs on detailing practices
• Reviewing MCL List & Core Chemists list on a regular frequency
• Leading outsourced MSRs
• Ensuring compliance at the ground level & Ensuring MSRs are regularly trained
• First level of team management. Directly responsible for handling Outsourced MSRs

What We Are Looking For

Qualification: BSc/B .Pharm

Experience- Min 8 Years in a Pharma with min 2 years as people manager.

• Consistent record on Business delivery.
• Successful new product launch experiences.
• Analytical Skills
• Exposure in digital framework for reporting business review formats etc.
• Experience conducting scientific Continuous Medical Education
