Global Process Tech Enablement I2C, Senior Analyst
Job Description:
Kenvue is recruiting for a Global Process Tech Enablement, Senior Analyst to support its Invoice to Cash Team, encompassing Cash Applications, Collections, Disputes/ Deductions Management and Credit Management. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of the technology optimization roadmap for I2C and help drive process optimization while ensuring adherence to compliance and performance standards.

What You Will Do
Drive Operational Excellence
- Support enterprise technology implementation and deployment.
- Ensure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.
Process Technology Enablement (I2C) Oversight
- Key activities and oversight are inclusive of but not limited to:
- Identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency and data quality via a continuous focus on system performance.
- Provide end to end expertise for Invoice to Cash processes, cooperating with I2C Operational teams and other streams (Customer Service, Customer Master Data, Compliance) in order to align on future process flows.
- Monitor adoption of new technology and enhancements, including analysis of key metrics.
- Provide support in identifying and evaluating enhancement of I2C applications, including automation and the deployment to Operations Teams.
- Assist in scenario testing for any new technology/enhancements.
- Act as a change agent towards I2C Ops teams.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably with exposure across Credit Management, Collections, Disputes/Deductions Management, Cash Applications, and/or AR Reporting
- Experience working in shared services or a global business services environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent analytical, technical, communications and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.
- A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional designations such as MBA, CPA, or CMA or working towards the designation would be an advantage but not required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Knowledge of automation tools and technology used in financial operations (High Radius (HRC) for Cash Applications/Deductions Management)
