This role will be partnering with the HCP & Medical Affairs Manager and Brand marketing team, you will the responsibility and accountability to execute the HCP marketing initiatives for a portfolio of leading brands
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution
- Execute the Pacific HCP initiatives to deliver on our strategic imperatives for the business
- Build an awareness and understanding of Brand positioning, Strategies and objectives through close partnerships with Consumer Brand teams
- Identification and Sharing of HCP Insights and Trends
- Build Global HCP marketing network to access Global HCP playbooks and toolkits to support ambition to adapt Global HCP strategies and campaign amplification of Global Assets for Brand consistency
- Development and delivery of medical brand plans covering evidence-generation, educational program design and execution, key professional and consumer scientific communications and KOL engagement in line with brand strategies
- Lead the creation of HCP detailers, claims and educational materials in compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead the creation of Conference Event displays and materials
- Manage the HCP sampling program, budget and execution
- Support commercial events including but not limited to live demos, Q&A sessions, PR engagements etc. to share our science with consumers and customers.
Stakeholder Management
- Proactively engage and maintain relationships with KOLs, Medical Associations, Universities, Hospitals and Research institutions at a local and regional level to drive Kenvue’s scientific thought-leadership, credibility ,trust and advocacy for the science behind our brands
- Build effective working relationships end to end to ensure our brand consumer and HCP plans are strategically aligned
- Build Global HCP marketing network to share learnings and best practice
HCP Omni-Channel Communication
- Build and maintain Kenvue HCP 1P Database; ensure all new leads are added to the database in a compliant & timely manner
- Own HCP elements of the Integrating Marketing Communication brief and work collaboratively with Publicis Collective to develop and execute the HCP media and communication plan
Financials
- Maintain the HCP BME budget
Compliance
- Ensure Pacific HCP program is executed inline with Kenvue Code of conduct
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a business discipline and/or science
- Experience in HCP marketing
- Proven track record of successfully activating and engaging healthcare professionals
