Что ты будешь делать

Drafts and executes complex legal documents such as contracts, settlement agreements, correspondence and reports. Prepares agreements, instruments, documents and pleadings relating to litigation and non-litigation matters. Independently performs diverse and complex legal responsibilities within multiple specialty areas to best serve business needs. Attends mediations, court conferences and trials as a company representative. Conducts legal tasks including acting as business liaison between in house counsel, outside counsel, affiliate companies, and other parties. Identifies and coordinates interaction with witnesses, consultants, and experts. Negotiates with, and directs outside contacts, which may include outside counsel, local and international governmental agencies(including law enforcement), representatives of other companies within the industry, trade associations, and other parties as needed. Provides research and support activity and counsels and advises company personnel to help develop solutions on a variety of complex problems. Provides training and reports related to specialty area to employees, outside counsel, government agencies, and third parties.
