Role reports to: Marketing and Execution Lead

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

Lead all marketing activities For Essential Health segment from business planning to implementation of integrated marketing activities to deliver brand and business objectives.

The scope includes developing an annual business plan, managing new product launches, advertising across both conventional (TVC & Print) and media (Online, social media), PR and BTL. Brand Communication development is based on integrated consumer, shopper & professional insights and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand plans for the segment with objective to grow brand equity, usage, consumption and loyalty to meet business objectives
• Develop annual strategies for the segment’s brands based on brand objective
• Lead business analysis and development of annual integrated marketing plan to grow the category and build strong leadership, countering competitor activities
• Plan & execute integrated marketing campaigns based on strong understanding of consumer, shopper and professional insights and business opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales and Professional teams to develop key customer programs that help to grow
• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches and new initiatives, including launch meetings, sales planning sessions and communication tools for sales team
• Through analysis on consumer, market and category trends, brand health, pricing, competition and campaigns tracking, understand opportunities and potential to strengthen future and initiatives
• Manage and own the budget, forecasting and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments
• Implement process improvements

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• 5-7 years relevant experience with FMCG/Consumer healthcare in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Work independently who is a good initiator with strong
• Fluent in English and Arabic
