Что ты будешь делать

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented senior manager for Perfect Store and Category Management. This role is essential in accelerating the physical availability of our brands and driving category growth in close partnership with our retail partners. This role requires up to 10% travel.

• Develop and implement strategies for Perfect Store and Category Management that align with company goals, and strategy
• Maximize synergies between Perfect Store and Category Management to promote best practices, share insights, and drive unified initiatives to accelerate presence and prominence
• Develop compelling category growth stories and category visions together with our regional & global retail excellence teams
• Make an impact at our key customers and build powerful category management partnerships that benefit both Kenvue and our customers
• Improve our Perfect Store KPIs in Germany by identifying top opportunities, driving internal alignment and focus, orchestrating action planning and tracking progress
• Lead training programs and inspire the organization with a strong outside-in focus
• Lead and develop your team

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Longterm experience in retail excellence, sales and/or category management with a strong track record in driving category growth across multiple categories
• Certification in category management (GS1 or equivalent) is preferred
• Advanced understanding of the German retail landscape (especially drugstores) & strong connection to key customers
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change across various departments and countries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in leveraging data to inform decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders (internal & external), fostering a collaborative work environment and building powerful partnerships with customers
• Strong people leading skills
• Fluency in German & English is required
