Что ты будешь делать

What will you do 

The Senior Finance Sales Controlling Analyst is responsible for reviewing and providing on an accurate and timely basis, financial and business analysis, supporting the business through the generation of financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations, acting as a key enabler to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage databases and analyze financial information, to support and generate recommendations to commercial teams in Mexico.
• You’ll lead commercial channel of Pharma, some clients are: Nadro, Fanasa etc.
• Ensure compliance with the Business Plan and updates at customer / channel level and make updates according to business projections
• Responsible for “CIW Planning” process end to end
• Monitor financial performance metrics against the Business Plan and Updates
• Understand the business model and commercial conditions of each customer/channel
• Interact with KAMs, commercial, supply chain, shopper, RGM and trade marketing to support the best decision making for the business
• Safeguard and control the critical information of commercial agreements, promotional grid, contracts, among other supporting documentation, for internal and external audits and reviews
• Prepare analysis used to monitor, forecast and report rate of return, working capital, investments, and financial comparisons
• Ensure personal and company compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
• Prepare monthly closings to ensure fair presentation of operating results by monitoring expense commitments.
• Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts, ownership

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, and other careers related
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience in Finance
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Proven integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency on Microsoft Package (Advance Excel), SAP, PBI, etc.
• High analytical capacity, ability to influence, adaptability to change, frustration tolerance and assertive communication
• Drive communication across different levels of the organization, acting as team player

• Strong connect across all areas to gain business partnering
• Possess business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner
• Curiosity, ability to learn and attention to detail
